What may be collected
If you use the contact or waitlist form, the site may process your name, email address, phone number, country, city, style preference, referral code, early access reason, free-text message and the details you choose to share. At submission time it also records request information available without cookies: IP address, hosting-provided country code, browser and device information derived from the user agent, operating system, referrer, preferred language, submission page and campaign parameters present in the page URL.
Website analytics
If you click Accept in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how the site is used. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* and processes pseudonymous usage data such as pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Nothing from Google is loaded until you accept, and you can withdraw consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Google may process this data outside the EU/EEA under the safeguards in its data processing terms. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account. Why it is processed
The information is used to manage early access invitations, respond to enquiries, evaluate partner interest and maintain essential communication about the service. Analytics data, where you have consented, is used to understand and improve how the site is used.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your request, steps prior to a possible service relationship, and Bitonet Oy's legitimate interest in operating and improving the Robeia service. Website analytics is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as needed to manage the site, answer your request, or comply with legal obligations. The contact and waitlist forms themselves do not add cookies, tracking pixels or browser-storage tracking; analytics cookies are set only if you accept them.
